Lucia de Miguel’s Viridian Shores is a new body of work shaped by imagination, travel, and lived experience. What began in early 2025 as a speculative exploration of idyllic coastlines evolved following an unexpected journey to Indonesia, where the artist encountered landscapes strikingly similar to those she had already begun painting from memory and intuition.
