Danuta Bennett
Santa Barbara–based artist Danuta Bennett creates abstract paintings that explore the intersection of nature, symbolism, and the human psyche. Working in acrylic, oil, and pencil with a restrained palette, she weaves organic forms, natural textures, and geometric structures to reflect themes of duality and transformation. Influenced by Eastern and Western symbolic traditions and shaped by her early life in Poland, her work balances structure and intuition, realism and abstraction, offering contemplative spaces rooted in both material and metaphor.
